The Patchwork Bridal Sash is sewn in our Louisiana studio from a piece of your mother's — or grandmother's — wedding gown, joined with new silk and lace where the fabric asks for it. Worn at your waist on the day. Kept in the box forever after.
How it works: when you order, we mail you our memory kit — a rigid keepsake mailer, simple instructions, and a prepaid, insured return label. You (or your seamstress) cut a 25" × 25" piece and send it to us. We never cut the dress itself. Your fabric is photographed the moment it arrives, stabilized by hand, and sewn into a sash that belongs to both of you.
Every commission includes before-and-after photographs of the piece. Pairs with The Mother's-Dress Pochette — one kit, one piece of the dress, both heirlooms.
A made-to-order commission from the For Keeps atelier. The memory kit and insured shipping — to you, back to us, and home again — are included.
