It starts with the Our Story Journal, written by Holly and her dad, a marriage and family therapist, for the conversations worth having before the planning takes over. How you met. When you knew. What you want to remember about being engaged that has nothing to do with the wedding.
Then your something blue: a pair of Ceremony Vow Books in blue graphite and charcoal, one for each of you. They're handmade in Orange County from heavy cardstock and embossed with a vow motif, for the words you'll say out loud once and read again for the rest of your life.
For the nightstand, the For Keeps Ring Dish, finished in warm copper with for keeps stamped at its center, because the ring should always have somewhere to go. And a hand-carved olive wood cork stopper, for the bottle you open the night you get engaged and can't bear to finish.
It all arrives inside The EVR Box, our linen keepsake box, with lace cut from thousand-year paper and your initials and year set at the heart of the lid. The journal fills up. The vows come home from the ceremony. The cork, the dried stem, the invitation — they all end up here. That's the whole point.

Vow books: a pair, 4.3 × 5.5 inches, 12 double-sided pages each. Heavy recycled cardstock, handmade in Orange County, California.
Ring dish: 4 inches across, copper-plated. Hand wash only and dry it well; the copper is meant to age naturally over time.
Olive wood: wipe clean and rub in a little food-safe oil now and then.
